PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Electrolytic Tinplate Coil (ETP Coil) is a premium low-carbon steel coil with a tin coating applied through a precise electrolytic process.The uniform,dense tin layer provides excellent barrier properties and food contact safety, making it ideal for rigid packaging and industrial manufacturing.
From food cans, aerosol cans, paint pails to electronic component housings, tinplate coils deliver a balanced combination of corrosion resistance, solderability, and sealing performance. The material complies with FDA, EU, and major global food safety regulations, and is suitable for high-speed stamping, printing, and welding lines.
Thickness tolerance is controlled within ±1%. Hardness ranges from T1 to T5 (BA/CA annealed), with equal or differential tin coating weights available. Whether deep drawability for complex shapes or high rigidity for easy-open ends is required, the appropriate temper can be supplied.

Available from T1 (soft) to T5 (hard) as well as DR7/DR8 double-reduced grades. Soft tempers suit deep drawing for complex shapes; hard tempers suit easy-open ends or high-rigidity can bodies. Low scrap rates and compatibility with high-speed can-making lines are ensured.

PRODUCT PACKAGING & SHIPPING
1.Inner layer: Moisture-proof kraft paper + VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper, interleaved layer by layer to prevent moisture and scratches between layers.
2.Outer layer: Galvanized steel strapping + anti‑rust stretch film + rounded edge protectors to avoid collision damage during lifting and transit.
3.Loading data: 20–25 metric tons per 20′ GP container (depending on coil width).
4.Accompanying documents: Mill Test Certificate (MTC) provided with each shipment.
